By accessing or using the PayTrack website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

To utilize our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and adhere to these Terms of Use.

- Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and to maintain this information as current and correct.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and any activities conducted under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

- You agree not to use the Services:

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate PayTrack, a PayTrack employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which could harm PayTrack or users of the Services, as determined by us
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (such as information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio), are owned by PayTrack, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
- These Terms of Use permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Services.
6. User Content
- The Services may enable you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any User Content you post.
- By posting User Content on the Services, you grant PayTrack the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content through the Services.
7. Payment Terms
- Some aspects of the Services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the Services you utilize.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all transactions made via the Services.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, service availability, pricing errors, inaccuracies in your order, or other issues.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. If a change is significant, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a material change lies solely with us.
